What We Offer:
- Full-Time Position: 5 days per week during business hours. Typically - Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM (Friday: 5:00 PM finish)
- Generous Bonus Scheme: £4,000 per annum, easily achievable through 4 key performance indicators (KPIs).

The Role: We are searching for a dynamic, strategic, and people-focused Manager to lead our exceptional team and drive the continued success of our practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Managing and inspiring a fully staffed, cohesive team with low turnover.
- Operational Management: Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and high standards in patient care.
- Revenue Growth: Driving KPI success and identifying growth opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Contributing to business development and possible future practice expansion
- Patient Experience: Ensuring exceptional service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.
About You: We’re looking for an exceptional leader with the following qualities:
- Experience: Background in dental or healthcare management is ideal but not essential. However business management is essential
- Commercial Mindset: Strong business acumen to drive growth and achieve targets.
- Excellent Communication: Skilled in inspiring and fostering accountability within the team.
- Proactive Leadership: A problem solver who is quick to address issues and seeks improvement opportunities.
- Patient-Centric: Committed to enhancing the patient experience and achieving results.
- Collaborative: Adept at working with clinicians, support teams, and external stakeholders.
