Clinic Manager – Envisage Dental Basingstoke
Contract: 12-month fixed-term (starting February 2026)

Envisage Dental Basingstoke is a long-established private practice that has been part of the local community for nearly 50 years. With five surgeries, a loyal patient base, and a friendly, experienced team, the practice continues to grow. As our wider group expands, new opportunities are opening up across the business, making this a great time to join us.

We’re looking for a Clinic Manager who brings steady leadership, strong people skills, and a commitment to excellent patient care. The practice is performing well with a supportive team already in place, which makes this an ideal setting for someone stepping into their first management role. If you’re currently an Assistant Manager, Lead Nurse, or working in a senior role with added responsibilities and you’re ready to progress, this could be the right fit.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Clinic Support and have full access to the Envisage support network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the clinical and non-clinical team
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance and smooth practice flow
• Monitor financial performance and KPIs to support continued growth
• Work with external partners and the Envisage support team
• Maintain excellent patient experience and a safe, welcoming environment
• Ensure surgeries, equipment, and systems are well maintained

What We’re Looking For

• A natural leader, whether already in a management role or ready to step up
• Experience leading teams or holding a senior role such as Lead Nurse, Senior Receptionist, or Assistant Manager
• GDC-registered Dental Nurse, confident stepping into surgery when required
• Comfortable working with KPIs, processes, and operational metrics (training available)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust within the team
• Organised, proactive, and confident making decisions
