Join Our Team at Guildford Dental Centre – Dental Receptionist (Part-Time, Fixed-Term)
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team at Guildford Dental Centre on a part-time basis. This is a fixed-term contract, with potential opportunities to join the wider business permanently for the right person.
About the Role
- Schedule: 3 days per week – Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: We’re a well-established, private four-surgery practice right across from Guildford train station – ideal for commuters.
- Contract: Fixed term end date Friday 28th Aug 2026
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous dental or healthcare reception experience preferred, but not essential for the right candidate with strong admin and people skills.
- Someone confident managing bookings, handling patient queries, supporting the clinical team, and keeping things running smoothly at the front desk.
- A great communicator who brings a calm, professional approach to a busy environment.
