The practice is located 20 minutes approximately south of Southampton, with good road links and plenty of local amenities nearby. Forestside Dental Practice is purpose-built and fully refurbished, with a modern interior and a calm, welcoming feel. We have:

• 3 surgeries
• Large reception and waiting areas
• Dedicated CBCT room, decontamination room, office, and accessible facilities
• Large rear car park with 40 spaces, plus additional free parking nearby
• A fully digital setup including SOE Exact, Clinipads, digital X-rays, scanners, CBCT, and a Zeiss microscope
• Specialist services, including Implantology

About the Team

You’ll be joining a highly experienced, stable, and supportive team, where long service is the norm. Colleagues only leave when life takes them elsewhere, recent departures being due to relocation, pregnancy, or family moves.

The practice is led by James & Joanna McKenzie since 2017. They are hands-on, approachable, and genuinely invested in the happiness and wellbeing of their team.

You’ll work closely with long-standing associate dentists and a specialist implantologist, within a culture of shared responsibility, trust, and mutual respect.

About the Job

Your role will include:

• Chairside dental nursing across general and specialist dentistry
• Supporting reception as and when required
• Maintaining excellent infection control and clinical standards
• Shared responsibility for governance and compliance areas
• Supporting colleagues to keep the practice running smoothly
