The Opportunity

As an Area Operations Director, you will operate with genuine autonomy, leading your region as if it were your own business. With full accountability for performance, growth and leadership across your portfolio of clinics, you will play a critical role in shaping our continued success.

You will:

• Lead multiple clinics, driving sustainable EBITDA growth
• Elevate the patient experience across your region
• Build, inspire and develop high-performing teams
• Support the successful integration of newly acquired practices
• Contribute strategically as we scale our platform

This role offers empowerment, pace and commercial responsibility within a supportive and ambitious organisation.

About You

You are an engaging, commercially astute leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You influence confidently at all levels from front-line clinical teams to senior stakeholders, and bring both strategic thinking and operational rigour.

You will demonstrate:

• Proven multi-site leadership experience within healthcare, dentistry or a premium consumer-facing sector
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering sustainable growth
• A passion for exceptional patient experience
• A hands-on, agile leadership style
• The credibility to challenge, support and inspire stakeholders
• Experience in dental or private healthcare is advantageous, though not essential.
