Dental Receptionist – Ivory Dental (Horsforth, Leeds LS18)
Ivory Dental is a modern private practice in Horsforth, Leeds, known for its personalised approach and warm, supportive environment. We’re looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist who enjoys being the first point of contact for patients and takes pride in delivering a high standard of front-of-house service.
Previous dental experience is highly desirable, but we’re also open to candidates with strong reception and administrative experience from other professional settings.

- Full-time, permanent role (approximately 38 hours per week)
- Working pattern: Monday to Friday, with start times between 8:00–8:15am and some evenings until 7:00pm

What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and provide a professional, friendly front-of-house experience
- Manage the appointment diary efficiently, including bookings, cancellations and follow-ups
- Handle phone calls, emails and general enquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and support administrative processes
- Assist with patient communication, including reminders and post-appointment follow-up
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and positive patient journey
What We’re Looking For
- Dental experience is preferred, but not essential
- Strong front-of-house reception and administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills with a calm and approachable manner
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using practice management systems and handling patient enquiries
- A team player who enjoys creating a positive patient experience
