As our journey continues, we’re looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our fast-paced finance team on a temporary basis until December 2026.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping our finance operations running smoothly, with responsibilities including:

  • Processing purchase invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently
  • Working closely with clinic teams and suppliers to resolve queries
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Supporting month-end processes and deadlines
  • Getting involved in a variety of ad hoc tasks that keep things moving

What we’re looking for

We’re after someone who brings both precision and momentum to their work. You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous accounts payable experience
  • Familiarity with Xero and ApprovalMax
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a busy team
