Emsworth Dental Practice is looking for an experienced and people focused Clinic Manager to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader seeking flexibility and genuine work-life balance within a highly regarded private practice. We are open to both 3 or 4-day working patterns and can offer flexibility with the rota for the right candidate.

We are a highly reputable, private 4-surgery practice that has been proudly serving the local community for over 20 years. We also benefit from excellent commuter links and free parking directly opposite the practice.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware manager who wants to make a real impact. Building on an already strong team, you will focus on enhancing the patient journey, improving operational performance, and driving business growth. You will work closely with the clinicians and support the team to ensure operational efficiency, a positive patient journey, and a welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
