Kingsclere Dental Practice is looking for a Lead Dental Nurse to join our friendly, well-established team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on clinical nursing with leadership responsibilities, supporting the day-to-day running of the practice while mentoring and developing your fellow nursing team.
Located in Normandy, Alton, just a 3-minute walk from Alton train station, our practice offers excellent transport links, nearby free parking and a supportive environment where you'll be encouraged to develop both professionally and personally.

The Role
As Lead Dental Nurse, you'll continue to provide outstanding chairside support while taking responsibility for leading and coordinating the nursing team.
Working closely with the Practice Manager and clinicians, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice, maintaining exceptional clinical standards and delivering an outstanding patient experience.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 41.25 hours per week.
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:15pm
